Privacy Policy

Effective 1 January 2026. This policy covers lux.dockl.com and the daily email brief.

1. What we collect

• Server request logs, described in section 4.
• Your email address, if you subscribe to the brief.
• Anything you type into the contact form.

2. What we do not collect

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, we do not build cross-site profiles, and we do not sell data. There is no pixel on this site.

3. Cookies

The site stores a small number of preferences in your browser's local storage: colour theme, cookie choice and saved articles. None of these are transmitted to us.

4. Server logs

Our web server records the requesting IP address, user agent, path and timestamp for each request. Access logs are retained for 14 days for abuse prevention, then deleted. Form submissions are retained for 12 months.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request a copy of your data, request correction, or request erasure. Write to privacy@lux.dockl.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Processors

Newsletter sign-ups are stored on our own infrastructure and are not shared with third parties. Hosting is in the European Union.

7. Changes

Material changes are announced in the daily brief. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.
