2. Software downloads

Builds in Downloads are released under Apache-2.0 and come with no warranty of any kind. Verify the published SHA-256 checksum before running anything.

3. User submissions

Material sent through the contact form is treated as confidential unless you state otherwise. Story tips are handled under editorial discretion.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the site for others.
• Do not misrepresent Lux Dispatch content as your own.

5. Corrections and liability

We correct errors promptly but accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of our reporting. Benchmark results are specific to the hardware and methodology described in each piece.
